The exercise, approved by the university, is intended to provide affected students with a final opportunity to regularise their academic records and meet all outstanding graduation requirements.

According to the LASU Ad-Hoc Committee on External System Students Awaiting Senate Approval on Their Results for Graduation, the online examination exercise began on June 5, 2026, and will run for four weeks.
