The fourth edition of the Vice-Chancellor's Cup has commenced at Modibbo Adama University, Yola, with an opening ceremony graced by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Professor Iliyasu Audu.

The tournament is specially tagged the "Peace and Unity Tournament," reflecting the university's commitment to fostering harmony and camaraderie among students through sports.
