Northwest University, Kano Announces Medical Screening Schedule for 2025/2026 Fresh Students

The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at Northwest University (NWU), Kano, has released the official medical screening schedule for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

In a circular dated March 23, 2026, the Director of ICT, Associate Professor Ishola Dada Muraina, explained that the decentralized schedule is a strategic effort to "reduce the burden and simplify the process" for the university’s Health Services department and the fresh students.

Students are advised to strictly adhere to the dates assigned to their respective faculties. The medical screening is a mandatory component of the registration process, ensuring that all fresh students are physically fit for their academic pursuits.
