NOUN Pro-Chancellor Isa Yuguda Visits Enugu Centre, Vows to Address Challenges

His Excellency, Mallam Isa Yuguda, the Pro-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), paid a courtesy visit to the institution's Enugu Study Centre to interact with staff and obtain first-hand information regarding operational challenges with the aim of mitigation.

Mal. Yuguda, accompanied by NOUN Council member Dr. Goddy Ettah, was received by Centre Director Professor Charity Akuadi Okonkwo and her staff, who facilitated an inspection and assessment of the center's facilities.

During interactions, staff highlighted several challenges facing the center, including a sinkhole issue, an uncompleted laboratory, solar panel problems, and vehicle repairs.

He charged staff to maintain integrity and avoid cutting corners, encouraging a culture of character and adherence to correct procedures for the overall benefit of the university.

In response, Professor Okonkwo expressed gratitude for the visit and assured the Pro-Chancellor that staff would continue to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
