The circulation is aimed at ensuring that all members of the University community are informed and comply with the scheduled activities.
Key directives include:

Registration and Portal Activation
The University portal will be open for both newly admitted and returning students from Sunday, 4 January 2026, and will close on Saturday, 31 January 2026. Students are advised to complete registration within this window to avoid complications. -
Third Semester Activities
Revision and examinations for the Third Semester (Second Batch) will take place concurrently with registration from Monday, 12 January to Saturday, 24 January 2026. Departments are expected to manage these activities efficiently to prevent any disruption to the registration process. -
Resumption and Commencement of Lectures
Lectures for all categories of students will commence on Monday, 2 February 2026.
All faculties, departments, and relevant units are required to ensure adequate preparation and strict adherence to the above timelines to facilitate a smooth start to the academic session.
