NSUK Hosts NUC Team for Resource Verification, VC Reaffirms Commitment to Academic Excellence

The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, NSUK, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, on Monday received the National Universities Commission, NUC, Resource Verification Team at the University Senate Chamber.

Professor Liman reaffirmed her administration's commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance and sustenance of high academic standards.

Welcoming the delegation, the Vice-Chancellor described resource verification as a critical step towards ensuring that academic programmes meet the prescribed NUC requirements and standards.

She emphasised the importance of collaboration and networking in advancing academic excellence and contributing meaningfully to national development, and assured the team of the University management's maximum cooperation throughout the exercise.

She also wished the delegation a successful and fruitful engagement.

The resource verification exercise is for the inspection and verification of the University's available human, physical and academic resources to determine compliance with NUC requirements for the establishment and accreditation of the following programmes:
