NUC Accreditation Team Visits University of Maiduguri

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID), Professor Mohammed Laminu Mele, has welcomed a team from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for an accreditation exercise.  

Led by Professor Titus Umoru, the team evaluated the quality of education and facilities in the Business Education, Economic Education, and Industrial Design departments. The accreditation exercise focused on assessing curricula, faculty qualifications, infrastructure, and research output.

Professor Mele commended the NUC for its pivotal role in maintaining quality standards in Nigerian universities. He emphasized that the accreditation process underscores UNIMAID's commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
