TESCOM set to conduct induction for Newly Recruited Teachers

Newly recruited teachers of the Kwara State Teaching Service Commission have been directed to stay back at their various duty posts in preparation for their induction exercise schedule for the 30th of July,2025.

This was the Executive Chairman's remark during a meeting with the management and the in his office this morning.

While appreciating His Excellency's constant support for education and welfare of Teachers, he enjoined all newly recruited teachers to take advantage of this opportunity to get familiar with the public service rules and at the same time learn from the facilitators, who will be training them on Classroom Management and Effective Teaching and Learning in the classroom.

The statement said all newly recruited teachers are to stay in their zones of their primary assignments for the induction exercise.
