Twin Brothers Make History at University of Ibadan

Twin brothers Busoye Opegbemi Matthias and Busoye Tolulope Matthew have achieved a remarkable academic feat at the University of Ibadan, graduating with identical first-class degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Both brothers attained a CGPA of 3.94 out of 4.00, earning them the titles of best graduating students in their department and the Faculty of Technology for the 2023/2024 academic session.

The brothers demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, with Matthias serving as Speaker of the UI Students’ Representative Council and Matthew as President of the Society of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Students. Their consistent academic excellence and leadership roles have made a lasting impact on the university community.
