UCH Ijesa Forum Pays Courtesy Visit to Hospital Management, Commends Leadership

The UCH Ijesa Forum paid a courtesy visit to the management of the University College Hospital, Ibadan, on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the hospital’s boardroom.  

The Leader of the Forum, Mr. Muyiwa Olukanni, said the visit was to appreciate the hospital management under the leadership of the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo, and to congratulate the newly appointed Director of Administration and Secretary to the Board of Management, Mrs. Oluseyi Eze.  

He also briefed the management on the activities of the UCH Ijesa Forum, noting that the group holds its meetings on the first Thursday of every month.  

In his response, Prof. Otegbayo warmly welcomed members of the Forum and commended them for being good ambassadors of Ijesaland. He praised them for exemplifying good character while carrying out their official duties in various departments of the hospital.  

The meeting provided an opportunity for the Forum to reaffirm its support for the hospital’s management and its commitment to the growth and development of UCH.
