This announcement follows widespread concerns and complaints from affected graduates about delays in receiving their certificates, which had hindered their career progression. Many graduates had expressed frustration over the unavailability of their certificates, which prevented them from serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), applying for professional exams, and securing employment after completing their one-year housemanship.
