UNIOSUN Appoints Prof. Oguntola Alamu as Acting Provost of Postgraduate College

The Vice-Chancellor of Osun State University (UNIOSUN), Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye, has approved the appointment of Professor Oguntola Jelil Alamu of the Department of Mechanical Engineering as Acting Provost, Postgraduate College, with effect from Monday, 5 January 2026.

The Vice-Chancellor of Osun State University (UNIOSUN), Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye, has approved the appointment of Professor Oguntola Jelil Alamu of the Department of Mechanical Engineering as Acting Provost, Postgraduate College, with effect from Monday, 5 January 2026.

The appointment forms part of the University’s ongoing leadership realignment aimed at strengthening postgraduate training, research output and academic governance.

Professor Alamu brings over 26 years of academic, research and administrative experience to the position.
