University of Ilorin Hosts 285th Inaugural Lecture

The University of Ilorin will host its 285th inaugural lecture on Thursday, July 10, 2025. The lecture, titled "Rooted in Nature, Refined by Science: A New Horizon in Advanced Drug Delivery," will take place at the University Auditorium, Main Campus, at 5:00 p.m.

The event is part of the university's 50th anniversary celebrations, themed "Celebrating Excellence, Sustaining Greatness." Guests are expected to be seated by 4:45 p.m. The lecture will be chaired by Professor W. O. Egbewole, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilorin.
