University of Medical Sciences, Ondo Appoints New Deputy Vice Chancellor

The University of Medical Sciences, Ondo (UNIMED) has appointed Professor Patrick Olanrewaju Osho as its new Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration). The appointment was confirmed by a 29:1 vote by the University Senate.

Professor Osho, who has served as Deputy Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (Diagnostics) at the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, and as Dean, Faculty of Basic Clinical Sciences, UNIMED, brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

The Chief Medical Director of the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Dr. Michael Olumide Gbala, congratulated Professor Osho on his appointment, praising his dedication and service to the institution. Dr. Gbala also commended UNIMED's Vice Chancellor, Professor Ebun Adejuyigbe, for her leadership and vision .
