UNIZIK Releases Schedule of Undergraduate Fees for 2025/2026 Session

The Management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has officially released the approved schedule of fees for all regular undergraduate students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the breakdown, new students (Year 1) are required to pay a total of ₦162,500 as school fees. In addition, they are to pay a ₦65,000 acceptance fee upon admission.

For returning students (from Year 2 and above), the total school fee remains ₦95,000 across all levels and departments. The breakdown indicates that returning students will be paying for essential services and levies including ICT services, development levy, laboratory or studio fees, examination fee, medical services, insurance, departmental dues, and students’ union charges — all summing up to the stated amount.

The management further explained that certain charges such as certificate verification, student files, and other one-time registration items apply exclusively to new students, which accounts for the higher total fee in their first year.

In summary, the 2025/2026 UNIZIK fee structure confirms that:

• New students (100 Level) are to pay ₦162,500, plus a ₦65,000 acceptance fee.
• Returning students (200 Level and above) are to pay a flat rate of ₦95,000 per session.
