Usmanu Danfodiyo University Hosts 52nd Inaugural Lecture

Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS), is set to host its 52nd inaugural lecture, featuring Prof. Bashir Garba, a renowned expert in renewable energy.

The lecture, titled "Chemistry, Energy, and Industrialization: The Tripod of Sustainable Development," will take place on June 19, 2025, at the university auditorium.

Prof. Garba, the current Vice Chancellor of UDUS, has a distinguished academic and professional background. He obtained his (link unavailable) in Applied Chemistry from UDUS in 1988 and went on to earn his master's degree from the University of Jos and Ph.D from UDUS.
