Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, has presented N500,000 to each of the state's scholarship students studying in India. The gesture aims to support their welfare and academic success.

During a visit to Sharda University in Noida and Integral University in Lucknow, Governor Zulum reaffirmed his administration's commitment to the students' future, urging them to focus on their studies and become leaders in rebuilding Borno State.
