BUK Announces Matriculation Ceremony for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Vice-Chancellor of Bayero University, Kano (BUK), Professor Haruna Musa, fsi, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, staff and students, has announced the date for the university's 2025/2026 matriculation ceremony.
The university has invited parents, guardians, members of the academic community and the general public to attend the event, which will formally admit newly enrolled students into their various academic programmes.
According to the university, the matriculation ceremony has been scheduled as follows:
Date: Thursday, July 16, 2026
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Venue: Convocation Arena, New Campus, Bayero University, Kano
The university urged all matriculating students to arrive on time and be properly dressed for the academic procession, in keeping with the institution's tradition and its motto, "Knowledge for Service."
