Chief of Army Staff Commends NOUN Revolutionary Impact on Nigerian Education

The COAS while welcoming the VC, stated that “The concept of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is one of the most revolutionary approach the country has adopted in moving the education landscape forward”.
He also stated that the strategic importance of NOUN is not in contention, but the university should keep track of students on the impact they are making after their studies.
The Vice-Chancellor stated that the NOUN/Military collaboration is helping to develop our nation while recalling that COVID-19 gave impetus to Open and Distance Learning in Nigeria.
