College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto Post Basic Nursing admission form, 2023/2024

This is to inform interested candidates/registered midwives for Post Basic Nursing Programme, to login into the college portal: http://sis.conssokoto.com.ng from 22nd to 31st December, 2023, to fill the college application form, which is available at the cost of ten thousand naira only (N10,000)

B) ELIGIBILITY
1. Applicants must have Basic Midwifery Certificate and have valid license duly registered with NMCN.

2. In addition, candidates must have at least five credits passes at not more than two (2) sittings including English, Biology, Mathematics, and Physics in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB

NB: Only WAEC & WAEC or NECO & NECO or WAEC & NECO can be combined.
