Registration for the 2026 programme opens on Monday, 2nd February, and interested students are required to apply online via the official portal: www.tepapplication.com.
The TEP initiative seeks to identify, nurture, and support students with innovative and bankable business ideas, equipping them with the skills, mentorship, and resources necessary to become successful entrepreneurs and job creators.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a student of a Delta State-owned tertiary institution:
- University of Delta (UNIDEL)
- Delta State University (DELSU)
- Southern Delta University (SDU)
- Dennis Osadebay University (DOU)
- Must be of Delta State origin
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Must be in 200 Level, 300 Level, or Penultimate Year
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5
- Must possess an innovative and bankable business idea

- Recent passport photograph
- Admission letter
- Birth certificate
- Local Government of Origin certificate
- Business plan proposal
