- 3 Official Files of Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo.
- 6 Colored Passport Photographs.
- Original copy and 2 photocopies of 0’Level Result.
- Original copy and 2 photocopies of UTME result.
- Testimonial.
- Letter of Attestation from a respected civil servant not below level 12 with phone number and functional email address.
- Evidence of Local Government of Origin.
- Result checking card(s).
- Birth Certificate.
- Letter of Recommendation of Admission.
- University Admission Letter.
- Jamb Change of Institution Print out. (Which will show you have chosen Emmanuel University of Education as the first choice)
- Application form
- Application form receipt
- Screening Result
- Acceptance fee receipt
IN ADDITION TO THE LIST ABOVE, ALL NECO RESULT USERS /APPLICANT SHOULD NOTE THAT THEY ARE TO COME WITH THEIR SCRATCH CARD (THE ONE USED TO CHECK YOUR RESULT NOT A NEW SRACTH CARD)
