Engr. Abdulkadir T. Sholagberu Olayinka Elevated to Professor of Engineering at UNILORIN

The academic community and the historic Sholagberu compound are in celebration following the promotion of Engr. Abdulkadir T. Sholagberu Olayinka to the rank of Professor of Engineering at the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN).

Professor Olayinka’s journey to the peak of academia is deeply rooted in his early days as a selfless mentor. Long before his professorship, he was known for transforming his family home at Sholagberu compound into a learning hub. Many recall how, as a senior secondary student and later as a university scholar, he voluntarily taught Mathematics and Further Mathematics to juniors, simplifying complex equations with the same ease he now applies to advanced engineering.
