Federal Polytechnic Bauchi Mourns Death of SLT Lecturer Abdulrahman Olatunde

The Federal Polytechnic Bauchi community is mourning the death of Abdulrahman Olatunde, a lecturer in the Department of Science Laboratory Technology.

The Students' Union Government (SUG) of the institution announced the death in a condolence message dated September 17, 2026, describing it as a painful loss to his family, colleagues, students and the Polytechnic community.

The union extended condolences to the family, colleagues and loved ones of the deceased and prayed for Almighty Allah to grant him eternal rest and give his family strength to bear the loss.

The SUG also urged members of the Polytechnic community to remember the deceased and his family in their prayers during this difficult period.

The condolence message was signed by Chung Weng Dauda, Secretary General of the SUG, on behalf of the President, Idris Mustapha Abubakar, and published by the SUG PRO I, Aliyu Mubarak Sa'eed.
