Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny Appoints Key Principal Officers to Strengthen Institutional Leadership
The Rector of the Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas (FPOG), Bonny, Dr. Victor Okolobah, has approved the appointment of six principal officers as part of efforts to strengthen institutional leadership and drive the polytechnic's strategic goals.

According to the institution, the appointments are aimed at improving administrative efficiency, enhancing academic delivery and supporting the ongoing transformation of the polytechnic.

The newly appointed officials are:
- Dr. Akos Noel – Deputy Rector (Academics).
- Dr. Adebola Obasan – Deputy Rector (Administration).
- Stanley Iheanacho – Director, Academic Planning.
- Dr. Gegele Olarewaju – Director, NELFUND.
- Dr. Audu Nasiru – Director, Centre for Vocational, Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship.
- Dr. Kalapapa Dappa – Director, Open, Distance and Flexible e-Learning (ODFeL).
The management expressed confidence that the appointments would significantly contribute to the institution's vision and mission, noting that the appointees bring years of professional experience, expertise and leadership to their respective roles.
The polytechnic also stated that the appointments are expected to support the Okolobah administration's ongoing reforms and improve the institution's overall performance.
