The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Agriculture, Mubi (FUAMB), Professor Bitrus Dawi Tarfa, joined a distinguished assembly of leaders on Friday, April 10, 2026, for the grand turbaning of prominent sons and daughters of the Michika Chiefdom.

The colourful cultural celebration, held at Michika Day Secondary School, served as a tribute to heritage and community leadership. The ceremony was presided over by His Royal Majesty, Professor Bulus Luka Gadika, the Mbegeka of Michika.
