The Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) has commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its Remedial Science Programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to the university, the application process began on Tuesday, July 8, 2026, and will close on Friday, September 24, 2026.
The university stated that the nine-month intensive remedial programme is designed to prepare candidates for admission into FUHSA and other universities approved by the Federal Government.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
- Possess a minimum of three credit passes in SSCE (WAEC or NECO), including English Language and any two science subjects from Biology, Chemistry and Physics, obtained in one sitting.
- Register for the 2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtain the required cut-off score.
- Obtain credit passes in any deficient O'Level subjects before admission.
- Candidates awaiting their O'Level results are also eligible to apply.
How to Apply
Interested applicants should visit www.fuhsa.edu.ng and navigate to the "Remedial Programme" section under the "Portals" menu.
The application process includes the following steps:

Create a profile on the admission portal and complete the biodata form using a valid email address, as all official communication will be sent via email.

Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦10,000. Applicants may either pay online or generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for payment at any commercial bank. The university noted that only payments made through the applicant's profile will be recognised.

Complete the online application form after successful payment.

Print the completed application form for future reference.
