In a thrilling match held at the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) Sports Complex, the non-teaching staff secured a narrow 1-0 victory over their academic counterparts in a novelty football game.
The event was part of the university's week-long fourth get-together celebrations in honour of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman.
The closely contested match showcased the spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship among university staff.
The celebrations also featured additional attractions, including a tug-of-war and an egg race, entertaining a crowd of staff and spectators.
The festivities concluded with a get-together at the Mallam Adamu Adamu Office and Lecture Complex on the Permanent Site Campus in Lafia.
