FUOYE Ranks 4th Most Preferred University in Nigeria

The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has emerged as the 4th most preferred university in Nigeria, attracting 52,108 applicants for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

The university's ranking follows the release of the top 10 most sought-after universities in Nigeria by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). FUOYE's achievement is a testament to its rapid ascent in Nigeria's academic landscape.

The Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olubunmi Shittu, described the ranking as a validation of FUOYE's pursuit of academic excellence and dynamic leadership. The university is poised to become a global academic powerhouse with its strategic expansion in academic programs and investment in research and innovation.
