The mock exercise, held on Wednesday, 8th October, 2025, focused on three academic programmes under the Faculty of Science and Computing, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. Cyber Security, and B.Sc. Software Engineering.
The exercise was designed to assess the university’s compliance with NUC standards and ensure that all necessary academic and infrastructural requirements are in place ahead of the official accreditation.
The core team for the mock accreditation comprised of an external lead assessor, an expert from the university, the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Computing, the Head of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, the Academic Planning Specialist, and the Acting Director of Academic Planning.
