In a significant move towards the establishment of its Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN) has inaugurated an MBBS Committee to oversee the preparation and implementation of the programme.

The university, under the leadership of its Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdulrashid Garba, has taken this step to ensure a well-structured and standard medical programme. The committee, chaired by Emeritus Professor Musa Muhammad Borodo, has been tasked with developing the MBBS curriculum and providing strategic guidance for the successful establishment of the Faculty of Medicine.
