LASU Announces Admission into School of Part-Time Studies for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, has commenced admission into its School of Part-Time Studies (LASU-SPTS) for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

The programme is domiciled at the university’s main campus in Ojo, Lagos, and is designed to provide flexible learning opportunities for working professionals and other candidates seeking academic advancement.

According to a statement issued by Mr. Emmanuel A. Fanu, MANUPA, MNIM, MCIPM, FCAI, Registrar and Secretary to Council, interested applicants are invited to apply for any of the approved part-time degree programmes across the university’s faculties.

Candidates are advised to visit the LASU official website at www.lasu.edu.ng to obtain detailed information about specific degree programmes and their admission requirements. The minimum age for enrolment is 18 years.

For Direct Entry, applicants with a Diploma Certificate (OND) from any government-approved polytechnic or holders of LASU Diploma (Upper Credit) in relevant courses, alongside five O’Level credits, are eligible to apply.

Prospective candidates are required to visit www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦20,000 and complete the online application form. Applicants must upload their credentials and submit the completed form online.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an entrance examination, after which successful applicants are expected to pay an acceptance fee of ₦30,000 and a medical fee of ₦30,000 immediately.

The application deadline is six (6) weeks from the date of publication. LASU warned that payments made to individuals or unauthorized accounts are invalid and at the applicant’s own risk.
