The Vice Chancellor of Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), Professor Bidemi Bilkis Lafiaji-Okuneye, has warmly welcomed all newly admitted and returning students to the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
In her address, Prof. Lafiaji-Okuneye encouraged students to embrace this new academic opportunity with dedication, focus, and discipline, urging them to fully utilize the university’s academic resources and support services to maximize their success.
She reaffirmed LASUED’s zero-tolerance policy on all forms of anti-social behavior, including cultism, examination malpractice, indecent dressing, and acts of violence, and called on students to uphold the university’s core values of integrity, respect, and responsibility.
Offering words of guidance, the Vice Chancellor advised students to remain humble, manage their time effectively, and be open to learning from every experience during their academic journey.
