For the previous 2024/2025 session, students who applied but are yet to receive their refund are to meet directly with the NELFUND Desk Officer with their SPR, and postgraduate students with both SPR and Statement of Results.

Students are also advised to upgrade their bank accounts from restricted student accounts to fully functional accounts to avoid delays, as refunds will be processed through the same accounts used for upkeep payments.
