Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) has commenced the profiling exercise for newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic session. This exercise applies to students who received provisional admission as well as those who transferred to the university from other institutions during the admission period.

According to a statement issued by the Registrar, Mrs. Olayinka O. Balogun, the profiling exercise is mandatory for all affected students and will take place at "THE HALL" from Monday, February 10th to Friday, February 28th, 2025, on working days only. The exercise will be conducted daily between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM by the Admissions and Undergraduate Records Unit of the university.

Students are required to submit two (2) copies of each of the following documents:

  1. Receipt of payment of acceptance fee

  2. Birth certificate or affidavit of birth

  3. National Identification Number (NIN)

  4. Letter of recommendation from a reputable person and the principal of the candidate’s school

  5. Provisional offer of admission letter

  6. JAMB admission letter

  7. Verified O'Level result(s)

  8. Original JAMB result slip

  9. Medical clearance form

  10. Receipt of payment of tuition fees

  11. BIO-DATA form

  13. Oath of Allegiance form (printed from the student’s portal after the matriculation ceremony)

  14. Original affidavit of good behavior and a photocopy

  15. Receipt of purchase of Student Handbook and a photocopy

  16. Two (2) recent passport photographs

The university emphasizes that failure to comply with this directive may lead to the automatic forfeiture of admission. Therefore, newly admitted students are urged to strictly adhere to the guidelines and ensure timely submission of the required documents.
