LAUTECH Students Shine at ASSAN National Quiz Competition, Emerge 3rd Runner-Up

Students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, have once again demonstrated academic excellence at the national level by securing the 3rd runner-up position at the 2025 Animal Science Students Association of Nigeria (ASSAN) Annual National Quiz Competition.
The event, held on October 13, 2025, at the University of Ibadan, brought together the brightest minds from tertiary institutions across the country. Representing LAUTECH were Adisa Abraham Akolade (500 Level Animal Production and Health) and Daud Faizat Motunrayo (500 Level Animal Nutrition and Biotechnology), who showcased exceptional knowledge and teamwork throughout the competition.
Proudly sponsored by Senator Kaka, the quiz competition provided a platform for students to demonstrate their understanding of animal science and related disciplines. LAUTECH’s strong showing reflects the university’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence and practical learning.
