Lead City University triumphs at the Inter-Universities Debate Competition held at Fountain University, Osogbo!

On April 29, 2026, the Lead City Intellectual and Debating Society represented the university in a high-level inter-varsity debate on the motion: “The media is responsible for the rise of moral decadence among youths.”
Competing against eight other institutions, including the University of Ibadan, Osun State University, and Redeemer’s University, our team delivered an outstanding performance.
Kudos to the dedicated coaches, Dr. Anthony Amedu and Miss Deborah Anuoluwapo Demurin, and the entire Lead City Intellectual and Debating Society led by Abraham Adeniyi.
