MDCN Advisory Team Visits Thomas Adewumi University Ahead of Medical Programme Accreditation

Thomas Adewumi University hosted an advisory team from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) as part of the preparations for the accreditation exercise of its medical programmes. 

Led by the MDCN Deputy Registrar, Dr. Nnaemeka Nwakanma, the delegation commended the University's remarkable growth, visionary leadership, and commitment to establishing a world-class College of Medicine.

During the visit, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Francisca O. Oladipo, presented TAU's journey of transformation and its readiness to advance medical education, while the Founder and Chancellor, Engr. Dr. Johnson B. Adewumi, reaffirmed his commitment to community development through quality education and healthcare.

The advisory team toured key academic and clinical facilities, including laboratories, libraries, and the Thomas Adewumi University Teaching Hospital, providing expert guidance and recommendations ahead of the accreditation process.
