NELFUND CEO Akintunde Sawyerr to Visit UDUS for Student Loan Sensitisation

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), Akintunde Sawyerr, is scheduled to visit Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) on Friday 12th June 2026 as part of efforts to deepen awareness and accessibility of the Federal Government's student loan scheme among students.

According to information made available to students and members of the university community, the awareness programme will be held at the Oba Lamidi Adeyemi Auditorium, Faculty of Engineering and Environmental Design, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

The visit forms part of NELFUND's nationwide sensitisation campaign aimed at educating students on the opportunities provided through the student loan initiative and encouraging eligible beneficiaries to take advantage of the scheme.
