Newgate University’s SNIBUD Hosts Two-Day Certificate Course on Public Speaking and Presentation Skills

The Dr. Suleiman Ndanusa Innovation and Business Development Centre (SNIBUD) of Newgate University, Minna, successfully held a two-day short certificate course on Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.

The training commenced with a welcome remark from Dr. Luka Maje Ayuba of the Department of Mass Communication, followed by a goodwill message from Idris Muhammad Dagaci, Coordinator of SNIBUD, who also delivered the closing remarks.

The key highlight of the event was a dynamic session facilitated by Abubakar Haruna, a renowned public speaker and communication expert with over ten years of professional experience. Haruna, who is also the founder of StageCraft Academy, engaged participants in hands-on sessions covering stage confidence, articulation, body language, and delivery techniques.

At the end of the training, participants received certificates of completion, symbolizing Newgate University’s continuous effort in equipping young leaders with communication skills essential for success.
