NSUK Vice-Chancellor Connects with Alumni in Poland, Applauds Global Achievements
The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, fondly referred to as “Sweet Mother,” has successfully engaged with members of the University’s alumni community across Poland as part of her ongoing efforts to strengthen Alumni Affairs and global partnerships.
The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, fondly referred to as “Sweet Mother,” has successfully engaged with members of the University’s alumni community across Poland as part of her ongoing efforts to strengthen Alumni Affairs and global partnerships.

During her visit to Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw, and Zielona Gora, Professor Liman commended the alumni for their remarkable achievements and for upholding the NSUK brand with excellence on the international stage.
She emphasized that the growing number of accomplished NSUK graduates abroad plays a vital role in creating pathways of opportunity and collaboration for future generations of students.

Among the alumni recognized for their outstanding accomplishments were:
- Mr. Wisdom Utega, NSUK’s first Erasmus+ scholar, now working with a top financial firm in Europe. He presented a 5-pointer certificate to the Vice-Chancellor.
- Dr. Joseph Gbubele, who earned a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and works with one of the top ten multinational corporations in Poland.
- Mr. Uzeru, an award-winning scholar and lecturer in Chemistry.
- Mr. Kabiru, a top scholar and lecturer in the Faculty of Agriculture, who also serves as the Alumni President in Poland.

The Vice-Chancellor described the meeting as a strategic step in consolidating NSUK’s international network and reaffirmed her commitment to fostering partnerships that connect the university’s global alumni base with its academic and developmental goals.
