OSCOTECH Reschedules First Semester Examinations Ahead of NBTE Accreditation Visit

The management of Osun State College of Technology (OSCOTECH) has announced the rescheduling of ongoing first semester examinations earlier scheduled to hold on Monday, 4th May and Tuesday, 5th May 2026, following the planned accreditation visitation by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

The management of Osun State College of Technology (OSCOTECH) has announced the rescheduling of ongoing first semester examinations earlier scheduled to hold on Monday, 4th May and Tuesday, 5th May 2026, following the planned accreditation visitation by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).

According to the notice issued by the institution, NBTE accreditors are expected to arrive the College on Sunday, 3rd May 2026 for the official accreditation exercise covering National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes.

The accreditation exercise is scheduled to take place between Monday, 4th May and Tuesday, 5th May 2026.

As a result, the College management stated that examinations fixed for those dates will no longer hold as initially planned. Students were informed that new examination dates would be communicated through the Deans of their respective faculties.

The institution also directed students to stay away from the campus during the two-day accreditation period to ensure a smooth and successful exercise.

Management appealed to students to cooperate fully, stressing that the accreditation exercise is critical to maintaining the academic standards and programme approvals of the College.

The rescheduled examination timetable is expected to be released subsequently through official academic channels.
