The management of Akwa Ibom State College of Education, Afaha-Nsit has directed all students to proceed to the School ICT Centre to generate their official school fees invoice before making any payment.

According to the notice, the directive is aimed at ensuring proper financial tracking and seamless integration with the institution’s payment system.

Students are advised to comply strictly with the following guidelines:

  • All school fees payments must be made within the stipulated timeframe after invoice generation.
  • Generated invoices must not exceed 24 hours before payment is completed.
  • Invoice generation is strictly restricted to the School ICT Centre; the use of cyber cafés or external service points is not permitted.

The institution further emphasized that the AKWA Remita platform is fully integrated with the school portal. As such, students who have completed payment are required to proceed to the portal to generate and print their course registration forms.
