In a bid to enhance safety on campus, Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, has introduced a new directive restricting student vehicular movement. Effective immediately, students are prohibited from driving cars or motorcycles on campus between 8 am and 2:30 pm daily. This measure follows reports of reckless driving by some students, posing a danger to the campus community.

The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. A.A.S. Olatunji, emphasized that any student found violating this directive will have their vehicle impounded by security personnel. This policy aims to protect both drivers and pedestrians, ensuring a safer environment for all.
