Six Crescent University Students Inducted as Associate Accounting Technicians
Six students of the Department of Accounting, Crescent University, Abeokuta, have been inducted as Associate Members of the Accounting Technicians Scheme of West Africa (ATSWA) after successfully passing their final ATSWA examinations.
Six students of the Department of Accounting, Crescent University, Abeokuta, have been inducted as Associate Members of the Accounting Technicians Scheme of West Africa (ATSWA) after successfully passing their final ATSWA examinations.

The students were formally inducted during the 64th ATSWA Induction Ceremony held in Lagos, marking a significant milestone in their journey towards becoming chartered accountants.
In a correspondence addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ibraheem Gbajabiamila, and copied to the Registrar, Barrister Zakariyya Ajibola, the Programme Director, Musbaudeen Adebayo, confirmed the successful induction of the students into the professional body.
The newly inducted Associate Accounting Technicians are:
- Abdulazeez Zaidat Omolabake (400 Level)
- Aderogba Habidat Ibiyemi (400 Level)
- Adegbile Sekinat Adeola (400 Level)
- Dauda Khadijat Opeyemi (400 Level)
- Adegoroye Aminat Adetomiwa (300 Level)
- Hassan Nimatullah Opeyemi (200 Level)
Congratulating the students on behalf of the Proprietor, Prince Mahruf Adesegun Ajibola (SAN), the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ibraheem Gbajabiamila, commended the inductees for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to academic excellence.

He encouraged them to remain focused as they continue their journey towards qualifying as chartered accountants and wished them success in the forthcoming November ATSWA examinations.
Professor Gbajabiamila also applauded the Head of the Department of Accounting, Professor Tunji Siyanbola, and other members of the department for their dedication to producing highly skilled graduates and sustaining Crescent University's reputation for academic excellence.
