UDUS MIS-Director Warns Students over Poor Course Registration

The Director of Management and Information Science, Mallam Ahmed Isah Chafe has urged students to continue with their course registration, and complain about the poor registration for 2024/2025 academic session
On Monday,07 April, 2025, the director of MIS pronounced the low turnout of students through a closed Whatsapp platform on the course registration despite the released memo last week.
"The school portal that was not accessible has been rectified, in spite of being notified from the beginning of the 2024/2025 session for students to proceed on registration which some students have failed to do registration for this session," he said.
According to his message on Whatsapp platform, "It has been observed that despite all efforts put in place to make sure you register your courses before the commencement of 24/25 1st semester exams, only very few of you have registered your courses," he recounted.
"Students should be informed that students will not be able to generate their exam card because of this. Without your exam card, you may be disallowed from taking an examination and failing to take the exams leads to failure. The procedure expects students to take responsibility for their registration fees and take instant action," he warned.
On the final note, For students that are waiting for the NELFUND scholarship, Their scholarships are not at the instance of the University. Thus, the easiest way out is to pay and obtain a scholarship refund thereafter."
