UDUS Set To Host 57th Inaugural Lecture

Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) is set to host its 57th inaugural lecture, featuring Professor Muhammad Garba Mahuta, a renowned Professor of Sociology Education.

The lecture, titled "Social Exclusion And Educational Inequality in Nigeria: Revealing The Illusion Of Equality In Universal Basic Education," will take place on November 20, 2025, at 4:15 PM at the University auditorium.

Professor Mahuta, who is currently the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) at UDUS, is expected to shed light on the pressing issues of social exclusion and educational inequality in Nigeria's Universal Basic Education system.
