The Faculty of Law, University of Delta, Agbor, has officially welcomed its newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic session, urging them to prioritize their studies and embrace the journey ahead with dedication.

Speaking at the orientation exercise, the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Cecil Nwachuku Okubor, described the students' admission as the beginning of an exciting and transformative academic journey. He emphasized the importance of hard work, commitment, discipline, and a strong determination to succeed in the demanding field of law.

Prof. Okubor also reminded the students to adhere strictly to the faculty's rules and regulations, which serve as a guide to ensure academic and personal excellence.

The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Stella Chiemeke, commended the faculty's lecturers for their 100% attendance at the event, highlighting their dedication as a benchmark for discipline and high standards. A series of lectures was delivered by distinguished faculty members, including Julius Ezimadu (Esq.), Dr. Lilian Nwabueze, Dr. Henry Awodezi, Dr. Sam Ugbo, Dr. F.O. Enakeireru, Edema Oritsegbemi Patricia, Prof. Emeke Chegwe, Dr. Judith Jessah, Dr. Norbert Chukwuka Okolie, Dr. Anthony Mekwunye, and Ikechukwu Kwubosu.
