Undergraduate Academic Transcript Acquisition Procedure

Are you an undergraduate at UNILORIN who needs to request your Academic Transcript? Here’s how to navigate the process smoothly.

1. Payment Procedure

Undergraduate transcripts attract a fee of #5,500 each. This fee is subject to change and should be made online to the University of Ilorin through remita. To make your payment, follow this link.

2. Application Form Completion

After completing the necessary payment, fill out and submit the transcript application form, which can be found here.

3. Information on Courier Services

For details regarding the available courier services, please follow this link.

4. Attaching Necessary Documents

Once the application form is completed, be sure to attach the following documents before submission:

• Payment Receipt generated from Remita
• Photocopy of the applicant’s certificate
• Evidence of payment to the courier agent

5. Receiving the Official Academic Transcript

The official academic transcript can either be sent online to the indicated official email address or dispatched via courier/NIPOST to an official address.

6. Receiving Student Copy of Academic Transcript

The student copy of the academic transcript can either be collected by hand or by an authorized person, or be sent to a valid email address.

7. Authorizing Another Person

In case you’re authorizing another person to collect your transcript, a Letter of Authorization and a photocopy of a valid means of identification must be provided at the point of pickup.

Important Notes

The University typically responds to transcript requests within two weeks of form submission. If there is a delay, applicants will be notified. UNILORIN will not be held responsible for any errors in the provided address.
