UNIPORT Opens Admission for Postgraduate Programmes in Environmental Engineering Technology and Management for 2024/2025 Session

The Environmental Engineering Technology and Management Department at the University of Port Harcourt has announced admission into postgraduate programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Available Programmes:

1. Masters in Environmental Engineering Technology (MEET)

   • Degrees Awarded:
     a. M.Eng. in Environmental Engineering and Management
     b. M.Sc. in Environmental Technology and Management

2. Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering Technology

     b. Ph.D. in Environmental Technology

Eligibility Requirements:

• For Masters:

  • Candidate must have at least Second-Class Lower in any Engineering discipline (applicable to M.Eng.)
  • Candidate must have at least Second-Class Lower in any Science discipline (applicable to M.Sc.)
  • Applicants must have completed NYSC

• For Ph.D.:

  • Candidate must have completed a Masters in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Engineering Technology with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 (applicable to Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering)
  • Candidate must have completed a Masters in Environmental Technology or its equivalent (e.g., Environmental Science) with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 (applicable to Ph.D. in Environmental Technology)
